Dr was running a bit late so had to wait a while to see her.. Well worth the wait though, pleased with the advice and treatment received.

Did an E consult, impressed with service. Got a text to say I'd get a phone call. Had a phone call, appointment made. Attended appointment. Excellent service.

I have been very improessed with the efficiency of the e-consult system and how quickly I was then seen in person. The staff at Shirehampton GP have been very friendly and helpful ever since I joined.

The e service was easy to use and I managed to see the doctor the following day ! The doctor was very helpful sending my presciption straight to the pharmacy ! The doctor also sent a text with exercises I could do for my neck injury ! Very effecient service !

Completed an E Consult and had a reply within hours. Appointment made, was on time and GP was very good and didn’t try to palm me off.

The receptionist was helpful in my query. The nurse was very helpful, kind and professional. Listened to my worries and troubles and prescribed adequate mediation. I needed the medication amended the following day and the nurse did this promptly and resolved the issue.

I really feel the sessions helped me reset, get more structure & set new boundaries that have had a positive impact on my well being. I wasn’t sure in the beginning how much help they were going to be & was slightly dismissive but I can honestly say the sessions truly helped & got me through some things I perhaps would have dealt with incorrectly making the situation worse - so I am thankful & grateful to have had this service made available.

I attended a blood test and asked the nurse dealing with me about another problem I had. She then went to the nurse practitioner and discussed my problem. I was asked to return later in the day when the nurse practitioner would see me. I cannot speak too highly of the nurses at Shirehampton Health Centre.

Seen ahead of time. Very approachable, friendly nurse, who was efficient and made me feel comfortable through the whole appointment. Checked I was happy for a student nurse to be present during the appointment, which I was. I cannot fault your practice nurses, the service is always excellent. I also like the new yellow and black signage to the rooms - much more accessible and inclusive.

The nurse was very welcoming and put me at ease. She talked me through step by step of my small procedure. I felt safe and relaxed throughout. The nurse was very informative and explained everything clearly. So my overall experience was very good/excellent.

Nurse was brillant. Made me feel comfortable, told me about the procedure as they went along and really lovely. Really helpful to be able to book an appointment online, following a txt message.
