To improve our services, we are using a technology provider called Hippo Labs.

They help us to identify patients with healthcare needs that need regular monitoring (e.g. Annual Reviews, blood tests, medication review etc) and enable us to invite you to book in for those appointments via various messaging services (e.g. NHS App, emails, text messages, WhatsApp).

You may notice that some of our invitation messages look slightly different, but please be reassured that these are legitimate messages sent by the Practice.

If you receive an invitation via email, it will be sent from GP Recall Support.

If you are using the NHS App please turn your notifications on as this will be the first method that we use to send invitations.

Whatsapp messages would be sent from Hippo Labs.

Please be reassured that while you may continue to receive links to be able to book appointments, you will still always have the option to call us directly to book your Treatment Room appointments.
